GREENWOOD, Ind. - California State University San Bernardino men's golf junior Kamron Hopson (Redlands, Calif.) was named Tuesday to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team. 

Outstanding student-athletes are nominated for Academic All-District recognition by their athletic communications directors and must have a minimum 3.50 grade point average while meeting high athletic standards.

Hopson helped lift the Coyote men's golf program to the NCAA National Tournament for the second consecutive season, and was named a CCAA All-Tournament Team selection. The Yotes fell in Missouri-St. Louis in the national quarterfinal match.
