CSUSB SAAC Mission Statement
SAAC is dedicated to enhancing the overall student-athlete experience by enhancing wellbeing, connection, and opportunity for every athlete on campus. We strive to provide meaningful support systems that strengthen our athletes physically, mentally, and emotionally while promoting personal growth beyond competition. As a liaison between student-athletes and university staff, we communicate needs, elevate concerns, and collaborate on solutions that ensure the best possible experience for all.
Our mission includes advocating for fairness and equality so that every athlete, regardless of team, background, or role, has the opportunity to compete and succeed at their fullest potential. We believe unity drives excellence, and that no athlete should navigate challenges alone. Our foundation is rooted in our identity of 10 Teams One Pack, and we stand together to remind every individual that within the "One," they are always supported, valued, and never alone in their journey.
