In field events, Emily Nguyen (Westminster, Calif.), got the top CSUSB time with a sixth place in the high jump with a mark of 1.50 meters. In the long jump, CSUSB's top finisher was freshman Hannah Luster (Roseville, Calif.), who posted a 10th place finish at 5.09 meters.
