SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. - California State University San Bernardino baseball senior Dom Dominguez (Victorville, Calif.) has been named the Division II West Region Player of the Week by the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA).   

Dominguez, who also earned CCAA Player of the Week this week, went 11-for-20 (.550) with two home runs and 12 RBIs during the weekend, which saw the Coyotes take three of four versus Central Washington.    

For the season, he is batting .477 with a 1.460 OPS. He also leads the CCAA in RBIs (22) and is tied for the conference lead in home runs (5). 

CSUSB is back in action on March 6 when they face off against Cal Poly Pomona for a four-game tilt.
