LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Senior Tereise Tosi (Garden Grove, Calif.) was named to the National Fastpitch Coaches Association West Region Second Team on Thursday morning.

Tosi, recently named CCAA Player of the Year for the second consecutive season, had the best season of her career as a senior.

She led the CCAA with a .466 batting average—ranking 11th in Division II—and posted a .528 on-base percentage along with an .810 slugging percentage, which also led the CCAA. Tosi also leads the CCAA in hits (81), home runs (14), and runs batted in (47).

Earlier this week, Tosi was named the Co-Student-Athlete of the Year from the CSUSB Department of Athletics.
