AZUSA, Calif. - The California State University San Bernardino women's track & field team competed in the final Saturday of their 2025 regular season this afternoon at Azusa Pacific University.
The list of 2025 CSUSB program records grew longer on Saturday, as the 4x100 meter relay team of
Alexandra Ackerman (Lake Elsinore, Calif.),
Hailey Hunt (Winnetka, Calif.),
Alexis White (San Bernardino, Calif.), and
Amari Weatherford (Southeast San Diego, Calif.) combined to run a time of 44.60 seconds to break the record.
Weatherford had another first place finish in the 200 meter dash, where she narrowly missed a school record at 23.29 seconds to win the event. Hunt was third in the event at 23.68 seconds. The pair also finished second and third respectively in the 100 meter dash at 11.45 and 11.50 seconds.
In the shot put, freshman
Gianna Frank (Marysville, Wash.) was the fourth place finisher at 12.94 meters, while fellow thrower
Liz Ghazanchian (Glendale, Calif.) was 10th in the discus at 39.39 meters.
Rounding out the Coyote competitors was sophomore
Jordan Dennert (San Bernardino, Calif.) in the 3,000 meter steeplechase, where she ran a time of 11:59.58.
The Yotes will complete the regular season at the Cal State Los Angeles Very Last Chance Meet on Sunday.
