SONOMA, Calif. - The California State University San Bernardino men's golf team concluded play Tuesday at the Sonoma State Spring Invitational, placing third overall as a team.
John Kim (Palm Desert, Calif.) finished third overall as an individual by shooting an even-par 72 on Tuesday, finishing the tournament at one-under. He made a team-high three birdies on the day, coming on the par-three seventh, par-four 10th, and par-five 16th.
Freshman
Tyler Price (Yucaipa, Calif.) had the second lowest Coyote scorecard on the day, turning in a two-over 74. He birdies holes one and 16 on the morning.
Rounding out the Coyote scorers were junior
Chris Wardrup (La Quinta, Calif.) and freshman
Aaron Parayno (Fresno, Calif.), who turned in identical 77s.
The Yotes will be off for a week before returning to action in Arizona for the RJGA Palm Valley Classic on April 7 and 8.
