SEASIDE, Calif. - The California State University San Bernardino men's golf team played day one of the Otter Invitational Monday at Bayonet Golf Course.
The Coyotes sat in fourth place at the conclusion of round one with a team score of eight-over par. Freshman Isaiah Kim (Porter Ranch, Calif.) and redshirt freshman Steven Rivera (Fresno, Calif.) each turned in identical scores of one-over 73, paced by four birdies from Rivera.
Sophomore Tyler Price (Yucaipa, Calif.) and junior Kamron Hopson (Redlands, Calif.) capped off the Coyote scorers with scores of three-over 75. Each player had three birdies in round one.
Round two was suspended due to darkness, with three Yotes yet to finish. The Coyotes sat in ninth place when place was called.
The completion of round two, as well as the entirety of the third and final round, will be played on Tuesday, starting at 8:30 a.m.
