ST. GEORGE, Utah – CSUSB's Cody Hall posted a top-10 finish over the weekend at the NCAA West Regional Championships at The Ledges in St. George, tying for 10th.
He finished as the second individual in the field at four-under par. He missed advancing to the NCAA Championships by one spot and three strokes. He fired a 71 in his final round, one-under, after moving on the second day with a four-under 68.
In his final round he was even on the front with two birdies and one under on the back with two more birdies. The second-round 68 was fueled by his three-under performance on the front with three birdies. He was excellent on the par-five holes, going seven-under, third-best in the field. He rolled 13 birdies total in the event.
With the event the All-CCAA selection finished his collegiate career, improving 37 spots from his 2018 Regional Championship finish.
