HAYWARD -- Senior Jani Carmona-Urbano fired a well-placed shot in the 46th minute and the Coyotes finished the 2012 season on a successful note with a 1-0 win over Cal State East Bay in CCAA women's soccer Sunday.

The Coyotes finished the season 9-7-2 overall and 7-7-1 in the CCAA and improved their streak of winning seasons to five straight.

Freshman Guadalupe Lara was credited with the assist.

"Great way to end the season with a pair of road wins,'' coach Travis Clarke said. "Probably meant to be as Jani has meant a lot to our program in her three seasons that she ended up with the game-winner.''

Senior GK Priscilla Collings earned the win as she played the entire second half.
