Cassidy Lee shutdown the Humboldt State bats as the visiting Coyotes earned an 11-2 win in six innings in a game that was shortened due to the eight-run rule.

But the Coyotes' offense got going in the fifth and sixth inning as CSUSB scored four runs in each inning.
In the fifth,
Courtney Wilhelms' two-out, two-run single through the left side was the key hit, and Curiel ripped a three-run homer in the sixth.
Lee threw a complete game, giving up five hits and allowing two runs – one earned. She struck out two and walked two.
