Lawrence's heroics came off linked passes from Kim Carroll and Katie Forba who had been the chief offensive weapons for the Lumberjacks throughout the scoreless contest.
The loss dropped the Coyotes to 7-4-3 overall and 5-3-2 in the CCAA while the Lumberjacks, winning their second match in a row after dropping four straight, are now 8-6-1 overall and 4-4-1 in the CCAA.
