DENVER, Colo. - The California State University San Bernardino women's soccer team played Regis University to a scoreless draw on Sunday afternoon in a non-conference contest at the Regis Turf Fields.
With the draw, the Coyotes move to 2-2-2 overall on the season.
Neither team had many chances in the opening 45 minutes, with each team notching just three total shots and one shot on goal.
CSUSB outshot the hosts 8-3 in the second half, but still could not break the ice, and the contest ended scoreless.
In 79:42 of action, junior Ryann Munoz (Wrightwood, Calif.) stopped both shots she faced in net for CSUSB. Classmate Anai Olmedo (Wildomar, Calif.) played the final 10:18, but did not face a shot on goal.
Next up, the Coyotes will take to the road to play Cal State San Marcos in a non-conference contest on Sunday. Kickoff is slated for 11:30 a.m.
