SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. - California State University San Bernardino baseball student-athlete Daryl Ruiz (Corona, Calif.) has been named a Third Team All-American by the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association.

Ruiz had a career year in 2025, which included a .402 batting average, a .515 on-base percentage, a .765 slugging percentage with 16 home runs, 73 runs batted in, and 57 runs scored en route to breaking numerous school records.

In the past week, Ruiz was named All-West Region First Team by both the NCBWA and D2CCA. Earlier this month, he was named the CSUSB Athletics Male Student-Athlete of the Year.
