SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. - Tereise Tosi (Garden Grove, Calif.) and Emilie Lapeña (Buena Park, Calif.), juniors on the California State University San Bernardino softball team, were each named to the CUI Kickoff Classic All-Tournament Team late Sunday night. 

Tosi batted .556 on the week with five hits in nine at-bats, with five runs batted in and three runs scored. She belted two home runs and a double for a sparkling 1.969 OPS.

Lapeña started her CSUSB career on a tear, batting .667 to lead the Coyotes, with six hits in nine at-bats. She drove in five runs and scored four runs over the three-game weekend.

The duo helped the Coyotes go 3-0 at the tournament, with wins over Dominican, Hawaii Pacific, and Montana State Billings.

CSUSB softball returns home on Friday for a doubleheader against non-conference foe Azusa Pacific. First pitch is in game one of the twinbill is slated for 12 p.m.
