"We are extremely excited to start our season and are ready to compete in games. We're coming off a great fall and are looking forward to making a statement in conference. We are returning our core players and have added some depth and speed in our lineup that will help us produce offensively. Sam Vargas and Brooke Blackmon have been doing a great job and will lead the charge in the circle for us. Defensively, we are strong and will get out of some tight jams when needed. Our team is really looking forward to making our mark in conference. " - CSUSB Softball Coach Dee Payan
