CARSON, Calif. – Heading into the series the Yotes hold an overall record of 30-28 against the Cal St. Dominguez Hills Toros.
In the first game the Toros pitching kept the Yotes to only three hits on the game. Leading pitcher for CSUSB wasÂ

Tereise Tosi led the Yotes in hits, with two on the game. CSUSB was not able to get a runner across home plate as Cal St. Dominguez Hills won the first game, 1-0.

Brooklyn Blackmon who pitched for two innings collecting one strike out.Â
Samantha Vargas closed the game for CSUSB pitching the last two innings collecting two strike outs.Â
Tereise Tosi had the biggest hit of the game with a home run for three RBI's. The Yotes took the lead in the second inning and never let go, winning the second game, 8-7.
