SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. – Both games played during the doubleheader on Fiscalini Field could have gone to either team. The first game the Central Washington Wilcats won, 5-4. The second game, off of a walk-off hit in the bottom of the seventh, the Yotes took the victory, 5-4.
In the first game, the lead pitcher for the Yotes was
John Pfeffer who collected eight strikeouts during the five innings he pitched.
Garrett Macias hit a homerun in the second inning for an RBI.
Daryl Ruiz connected for a single and brought home his teammate for an RBI. The Wildcats took the win, 5-4.
Leading pitcher for CSUSB in the second game was
Nate Mendoza who collected six strikeouts in the four innings that he pitched.
Kyle Csakan hit a homer in the third inning bringing his teammate home for two RBI's. Ruiz connected on two hits and one double.
Derek Bogh also collected two hits. With the Yotes down by one run at the bottom of the seventh,
Riley Parker connected and brought home two Yotes for the victory over the Wildcats, 5-4.

Mike Nadeau. "Nothing better then walk off wins. Huge hit by
Riley Parker who has been struggling a little.
Oscar Rauda was lights out keeping the game close and Colman coming in at the top of seventh and going clean to get our offense back up for the win. Great team win today."
CUSB is scheduled to play their next game on Sunday, February 13
