"We are very excited to start conference play with a decisive win," head coach
Kim Cherniss said. "We've been on the road for three weeks now and I could not be more proud of this group and how they have handled the adversity that travel can bring. Our pin attackers were fantastic tonight. Alexis, Melissa, and Asia all hit for great efficiency, and their kill percentage was also top notch. Hopefully we can carry this momentum into Stanislaus State tomorrow."
Those pin attackers were led by
Alexis Cardoza who recorded 14 kills hitting .333.
Melissa Garciglia added 11 kills, hitting .714, and
Asia Clarke had 10 kills and a .600 hitting percentage.
