SAN BERNARDINO, Calif - Heading into the game the Yotes were undefeated against CSU Monterey Bay for a total of 22 matches. The Otters returned to competition after around a three-week COVID protocol to face the No. 12 nationally ranked Yotes. CSUSB won in three sets, 25-14, 25-17, and 25-17.
Leading the Yotes in kills was
Asia Clarke who collected 10 kills (.476) and had 11 digs.
Alexis Cardoza collected nine kills (.308) and had 13 digs.
Melissa Garciglia added another seven kills on the game.
Leading the Yotes in blocks was
Jenna Patton who had four on the game. Patton also had three kills hitting at .600. Cardoza and
Jalyn Hayes both collected two blocks on the game.
Marlee Nunley had 29 assists, three aces, and two block assists.
