ARCATA -The No. 1 CSUSB Coyotes completed a perfect CCAA road trip to start the conference season, as they defeated Humboldt State 3-0 on Saturday.

Alexis Cardoza led with 13 kills, while Morohunfola and Stephanie Doak added five each. Leilia To'omalatai led the Coyotes with 15 digs.
"We are very happy to come away from this road trip with two conference wins," head coach Kim Cherniss said. "Tonight was a great opportunity to see a different look to our offense. I thought Leilia had a fantastic night, she really set the tone for us on offense by doing a terrific job in serve receive, and she absolutely gobbled everything up on defense. We are happy to be heading home to play at Coussoulis Arena next weekend."
The Coyotes will welcome CSU San Marcos on Friday night at 7 pm. Live links are on CSUSBathletics.com.
