The Coyotes lost 5-0 in five innings when the game was called and the scheduled second game was canceled.

CSUSB (9-11, 1-6 CCAA) returns to Northern California this week when it travels to Humboldt State.

Alyssa Ramos had the Coyotes only hit of the game, a leadoff single to right in the fourth inning.

Mary Menicucci was the only other Coyote to reach base when she was walked in the third inning.

Sophomore LHP Cassandra Williams had seven strikeouts  and walked just one batter. She allowed seven hits and all five runs were earned.
