ROHNERT PARK (Feb. 27, 2015) -- Somona State's Amanda Llerena no-hit the Coyotes and the Seawolves earned a CCAA softball sweep in their doubleheader against the Coyotes on Friday.

The Coyotes (9-10, 1-5 CCAA) and Seawolves (13-3, 5-1) continue their weekend series Saturday.

Game 1: Seawolves 4, Coyotes 0
Llerena had six strikeouts with one walk and one hit batter in the opener.

Mary Menicucci reached base on a walk, and Kaylee Gemmell was hit by a pitch. Menicucci also reached base on an error by the third baseman in the fifth.

Cassandra Williams was the hard-luck loser in the game as the teams played 0-0 until SSU broke through with four runs in the sixth. She had six strikeouts and scattered four hits wtih one walk.

Game 2: Seawolves 8, Coyotes 1
SSU scored four runs in the first and stayed out front for the win.

Williams secured the Coyotes' only run on an RBI-single to center that scored Victoria Lievanos, who led off wtih a single in the fourth.

Williams had two hits -- both singles -- and Lievanos, Gemmell and Menicucci each had base hits. Gemmell doubled in the fourth.

Jamie Nelson took the loss in six innings with three strikeouts.
