Alexcia Mack helped produce a 60-48 Coyotes' victory over visiting Sonoma State in CCAA women's basketball Saturday night.
The Coyotes forced a season-high 22 turnovers that translated into 25 points and Mack tied a career-high with 24 points to improve CSUSB to 14-4 overall and 10-4 in the CCAA. Junior

th double-double with 10 points and 11 rebounds and junior
Adriana Brodie also reached double digits in rebounds with 10.
CSUSB grabbed the lead from the opening minute and never let it go for the victory. Mack gave the Coyotes a two-possession lead on a jumper with 3:21 remaining in the half and they went on to lead 25-18 at the break on a pair of free throws from Harden with no time left on the clock.
After the half began, Mack drained a 3-pointer early and the Coyotes pushed the lead to double digits (28-18) with 18:57 left. Sonoma State never got closer than nine on three occasions, but the Coyotes were just too strong down the stretch.
Mack was 8-of-19 from the floor with four 3-pointers in 36 minutes. She also had four rebounds.
Harden was 6-of-6 from the line and had four of her rebounds on the offensive end.
Chelsea Barnes had nine with four rebounds and three blocks, while senior
Briana Baker also was solid with six points, five assists, and five steals in 39 minutes.
CSUSB was 20 of 58 from the floor on 34.5 percent shooting, and held the Seawolves (6-12, 4-10) to a 26.7 percent showing (16-60).
The Coyotes improved to 11-0 when they score at least 60 points, and 12-0 when they allow fewer than that figure.
CSUSB returns to the CCAA road next week at Cal State Dominguez Hills (Friday) and Cal State L.A. (Saturday).
SSU, which lost its eighth straight, was led by Tanner Adams' nine points.
