SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. - The California State University San Bernardino Department of Athletics and head women's basketball coach Casandra Renno have parted ways, as announced by the University on Wednesday afternoon.

"We would like to thank Coach Renno for her dedication to our women's basketball program over the past seven seasons," said CSUSB Director of Athletics Shareef Amer. "We wish her nothing but the best in her next chapter."

Renno departs CSUSB as the third-winningest coach in the program's history. At the helm of the program since 2019, Renno compiled a 69-93 record, and led the Coyotes to a pair of appearances in the California Collegiate Athletic Association Tournament in 2024 and 2025.

A national search for the next head coach of the Cal State San Bernardino women's basketball program will begin soon.
