Box Score LOS ANGELES – The Coyotes closed the 2013-14 season Saturday night with a 75-60 loss to Cal State L.A. in CCAA basketball.

Sophomore Alexcia Mack reached 20 points for the sixth time this season with a team-high 22 points and senior Jazzmyn Davis had 13 off the bench for CSUSB, which completed its season 9-16 overall and 8-14 in the CCAA.

A pair of Mack free throws cut CSULA's lead 20-19 with 8:13 before the Golden Eagles scored eight straight points in less than five minutes and eventually led at halftime, 30-23.

The Coyotes trailed the entire second half and could not get any closer than six points in the final 10 minutes.

Seniors Tayllor Gipson (seven points), Trinidee Trice (eight points), Jackie Fa'asamala (one assist) and Davis played in their final games as a Coyote.

CSULA (16-10, 13-9) was led by Paige Melville's 19 points.
