Box Score | SAN BERNARDINO – Poor shooting played a big factor in the Coyotes' 61-51 loss to visiting Humboldt State in CCAA women's play Friday night.

Alexcia Mack led the Coyotes with 13 points and senior
Trinidee Trice added 11 for the Coyotes, who are 4-12 overall and 3-10 in league play.
The Coyotes overcame a 14-point deficit with a 14-0 run late in the first half.
Down 25-11 with 5:30 left in the half, Mack got the run going with a 3-pointer and a jumper. After an
Adriana Brodie free throw, Trice fired in a jumper and the Coyotes closed to within six, 25-19 with 2:59 left.
Jazzmyn Davis cut the lead to five on a free throw and Brodie's layup got CSUSB to within three – 25-22 with 1:49 left.
Tayllor Gipson finished off the run with a jumper and tied the game at 25-25 with a free throw with nine seconds left.
But the second half was a struggle as CSUSB went ice cold, going 0-for-8 from the field over a seven and a half minute span and trailed 45-37 with 6:25 left.
Trice got the game to within four on a 3-pointer that cut HSU's lead to 50-46 with 3:47 remaining in the game.
But CSUSB got only one more field goal down the stretch – a layup from Baker – and the Lumberjacks built the lead to 10 with a pair of Wilcox free throws with 48 seconds left.
Megan Shields led the Lumberjacks (9-8, 6-7) with a game-high 18 points. Wilcox had 12.
The Coyotes shot 32 percent for the game on 16-of-50 shooting. They were just 25.8 percent in the finale 20 minutes.
