Box Score SAN FRANCISCO – The Coyotes enter this week's CCAA Tournament on a strong note after winning Sunday's regular-season finale against San Francisco State, 2-0.

CSUSB won the CCAA South with an overall record of 11-5-3 and 9-4-3 in conference.

Junior Jasmine Williams gave the Coyotes a 1-0 lead in the 24^th minute with a right flick over Gators GK Allison Land's head. It was her fourth goal this season.

The game remained 1-0 until Kellie Valverde scored her second goal in as many days off a feed from senior Carissa Kutkowski in the 67^th minute. Valverde was positioned five yards out after Kutkowski's shot was off the mark.

The shutout was Chelsey Jones' 11^th this season and established a single-season CSUSB record. She also increased her career shutout record to 19.

CSUSB now prepares for its first appearance in the CCAA Tournament. The tourney brackets will be announced Sunday night.
