CSUSB, which lost its fourth straight game, takes a 6-9 overall record and 4-7 CCAA slate into Saturday's game at San Francisco State. Sonoma State snapped a six-game losing streak and improved to 5-10, 3-8.

Senior Eliza Dy came off the bench with a game-high 20 points and fellow senior Jaslyn Cosey tied her season high with 13, but the Coyotes did not get much offensive punch from anyone else. The game went back-and-forth afterward with five lead changes heading down the stretch.

And when SSU's Kristina Fahey drained a 3-pointer with 1:10 left, the Seawolves led 51-47 and the Coyotes could not regain the lead.
