LOS ANGELES -- A pair of first-half goals by Cal State L.A. was the difference in Cal State San Bernardino's game Friday as the Coyotes were defeated 2-0 in CCAA women's play.
The Coyotes, who are now 2-4-1 overall and 0-4-1 in the CCAA, will play at UC San Diego on Sunday. The Coyotes tied the Tritons in their game two weeks ago at Coyote Premier Field.

CSUSB has had difficulty scoring goals with the absence of All-Region F Jani Carmona, who sustained an injured arm earlier this month. The Coyotes have not scored a goal in their last 200 minutes -- the last by
Casey Hirsch in the 70th minute at Cal Poly Pomona on Sept. 16.
Lisa Ohberg gave the Eagles a 1-0 lead on an unassisted shot at the 24-minute mark. Four minutes later, Melina Barragan scored on a penalty kick.
The Coyotes were out-shot 15-10 and they had seven shots on goal -- five from senior
Brittany Wilding, but they could not find an answer against CSULA's GK Jessie Walworth, who earned the shutout.
