Box Score: Coyotes 86, Humboldt State 84 OT
SAN BERNARDINO -- Trailing by seven at halftime was the least of coach Kevin Becker's worries in his Coyotes game against Humboldt State on Saturday night.
CSUSB struggled in the first half and team-leading scorer senior
Eisha Sheppard was scoreless in the opening 20 minutes.
Becker's crew got going and going and went on to earn a come-from-behind 86-84 overtime victory over Humboldt State before a crowd of 602 at Coussoulis Arena.
The Coyotes are now 17-4 overall and 13-4 in the CCAA, while the visiting Lumberjacks are 12-10, 9-9. The victory keeps CSUSB in third place in the conference with five games remaining.

Amber Glasser led the way with 26 points on 10-of-20 shooting, five rebounds and three assists. Her points and assist were a season high as she helped keep the Coyotes in the game.
Sheppard found her game in the second half as she scored 21 points and finished with four rebounds, three assists, three blocks and two steals in 42 minutes of work.

Danielle Shows added 13 points with nine rebounds before fouling out and junior
Jessica Dela Cruz added 10 points off the bench.
In OT, the Coyotes trailed 82-76 as the Lumberjacks opened the extra period on an 8-2 run.
Glasser hit a 3-pointer and after HSU missed on a three of its own, Glasser hit a layup and the Coyotes were within a point, 82-81 with 1:21 left.
HSU's Jenna Hamilton missed her second straight 3-pointer in as many possessions and the Coyotes made the Lumberjacks pay. Senior
Sabrina Gonzalez, who had hurt her knee the previous night in the loss to Sonoma State, drained a 25-footer in front of the Coyotes bench and they led 84-82 with 37 seconds left.
Kayla Williams stopped the Coyotes run with a layup to tie the game at 84-all with 25 seconds and that set-up the final Coyotes' play.
CSUSB worked the ball up court with Sheppard at the command. The Victorville native drew a foul with four seconds left and she hit both free throws for an 86-84 lead.
HSU held the ball, but was called for an over-and-back violation.
HSU's Williams scored a game-high 31 points and Bree Halsey and Lisa Petty each had 15.
The Coyotes go on the road this week with games at CSU Stanislaus (Friday) and Chico State (Saturday).
