Biography

    2008: Rodriguez sat out the 2008 season to concentrate on academics. He has 16 career goals and four assists for 36 points.
    2007: He was the leading scorer on the team with 10 goals and three assists for 23 points. He converted a "hat trick" with three goals in a single match against Cal State San Marcos. Rodriguez earned second-team all-CCAA honors. Three of his goals were match-winners. He played in 19 matches, starting 17 times. He was fourth in the CCAA in goals scored and fifth in points.
    2006: Rodriguez scored four goals and added an assist for nine points. He earned the first "hat trick" of his collegiate career, scoirng all three goals in a CSUSB win over Seattle University.
    2005: As a freshman, Rodriguez scored two goals, one of which came in the CCAA conference tournament semifinal loss to Cal State Dominguez Hills after the Coyotes won the CCAA South Division regular season title.
    PERSONAL: Rodriguez is an accounting major whose career goal  is to operate his own tax service company. Away from soccer, he enjoys watching movies and being with friends. His father is Fausto Rodriguez.
    MOST MEMORABLE SPORTS MOMENT: Scoring a hat trick against Seattle University.
