As a sophomore in 2011: Played in 15 games and earned eight starts for the Coyotes... Earned two assists on the season -- vs. Dominican and in the 1-1 tie against Cal State L.A.... Totaled seven shots and three SOG.

As a freshman in 2010: Appeared in 19 games with eight starts… Totaled nine shots with six SOG… Scored two goals with three assists for the NCAA Tourney-bound Coyotes… Scored game’s first goal in 2-0 win at Cal Poly Pomona (10/27/10)… Scored goal in 2-0 win at Cal State L.A.… Earned the start in 1-0 loss to Sonoma State in CCAA Tourney play… Saw action in NCAA Tourney game vs. Grand Canyon.

At Montclair HS: Played four years of soccer, graduated in 2010…Team captain in 2008 and 2009 while playing midfielder… In three varsity seasons, scored 18 goals and had 36 assists as Montclair HS posted a 62-8-8 record… Team advanced to the CIF quarterfinals in his sophomore and senior seasons and semifinals as a junior… All-league first team twice and all-CIF second team as a junior.

Personal: Son of Juan and Teresa Galarza… Family includes four children… Computer Engineering major… Says his favorite snack is Hot Cheetos… Says his favorite meal is dinner.
