As a junior in 2011: One of seven Coyotes who played in 100 or more games (100) and also played in all 33 matches... Performed well for the NCAA finalists... Fifth on the team in digs with 145 (1.45 per game)... Totaled season-best eight digs against UC San Diego (10/5) and against San Francisco State (9/9).

As a sophomore in 2010: Saw play in 27 matches (82 sets) as defensive specialist for the 2010 CCAA and NCAA West Region champions… Had three matches with nine digs or more including season-best 10 against Cal State East Bay (10/9/10)… Posted 18 service aces including season-best three vs. Humboldt State (9/24/10).

As a freshman in 2009: Saw action in 11 matches (14 sets) in 2009… Served five aces with 12 digs… Recorded season-highs of three aces and five digs at Cal State Dominguez Hills… Notched three digs against Mesa State and Cal State Dominguez Hills.

At Los Osos HS: Played volleyball, where she graduated in 2009… Averaged 3.6 digs per set (193 total digs) in 2008… Placed 91 percent of her serves in play… Notched 30 digs in a match against Diamond Bar.

Personal: Daughter of Jeff and Misty Girgle…Has one younger brother… Pre-nursing major… Volunteered at volleyball clinics for young players… Enjoys going to the beach and being with friends... Says Five Guys is her favorite fast-food outlet and spaghetti is her favorite food.
