BEFORE CAL STATE: Bathauer played two years of volleyball at Cal Baptist in Riverside. She played in 26 matches in 2006, starting twice. She averaged 1.4 kills per game with 10 service aces and 38 digs. As a freshman in 2005 she had 40 blocks and 75 digs with 151 kills.

HIGH SCHOOL: She is a 2004 graduate of Martin Luther King HS in Riverside where she was a team captain, all-league and all region selection.

PERSONAL: Bathauer is a kinesiology major with plans to be an occupational therapist. She enjoys going to the beach and playing softball. Her parents are Ed and Lynn Bathauer. She has three siblings.
