SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. - California State University San Bernardino baseball student-athlete Dom Dominguez (Victorville, Calif.) was named a Third Team All-American by the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) on Wednesday afternoon. 

Dominguez finished the season slashing .351/.442/.660 with 18 home runs, 66 RBIs, and 53 runs scored.  

He earned first-team All-West Region honors from both the NCBWA and D2CCA, in addition to being named to the All-CCAA Second Team and CCAA Tournament Team. He also earned one NCBWA West Region Player of the Week award and two CCAA Player of the Week honors during the season. 

Dominguez played a significant role for the Coyotes, who captured the CCAA Tournament Championship for the first time in 24 years, and finished one win away from advancing to the Super Regionals.
