POMONA, Calif. - The California State University San Bernardino men's soccer team concluded its 2024 season with a 2-0 loss to #23 Cal Poly Pomona in CCAA action Thursday afternoon at Kellogg Stadium.

With the defeat, CSUSB finishes its season at 5-6-6 overall and 3-5-3 in CCAA play.

Cal Poly Pomona scored twice in the first half to take a two-goal lead into the halftime break. The Broncos opened the scoring in just the fourth minute, and added another on a PK in the 36th minute.

CSUSB had its best chance of the afternoon in the 86th minute when a lengthy shot from junior AJ Valdivia (Perris, Calif.) hit the crossbar from near midfield, but the ball was immediately cleared to end the threat. 

In goal, junior JP Camacho (Norwalk, Calif.) took the loss for the Coyotes. He made one save in the defeat.
