Box Score CHICO, Calif. - The California State University San Bernardino men's soccer team fell 1-0 to Chico State Sunday afternoon in a CCAA contest at University Soccer Stadium.

With the defeat, CSUSB drops to 4-4-6 overall on the season and 2-3-3 in CCAA play.

Chico State netted what proved to be the contest's only goal in just the fourth minute and held on for the balance of the game.

Cal State San Bernardino held a 10-8 edge in shots, 4-3 edge in shots on goal, and 6-3 edge in corner kicks, but could not find the equalizer. 

Senior Aiden Hanes (Riverside, Calif.) took the loss between the pipes for CSUSB, despite making a pair of saves.

Next up for the Coyotes, they will return to action on Friday with a home contest against Sonoma State. Kickoff from Premier Field is slated for 12:30 p.m.
