After a 5-5-7 (.500) season in 2022, head coach
Josh Hill looks to lead the Yotes back to the top of the conference, and the west region. The Yotes have not had a losing season since 2015, sporting a 59-34-16 (.615) record since 2016.
Â
"We are thankful to be back together. We have a talented group of young men and to see the progress everyone has made so far has been very exciting," said Hill. "The guys have put in a lot of hard work this off season and the culture within this team is very strong. All our fans and opponents can expect to see a fearless team who wants to be on the forefront of the game."
Â
When discussing the team's style of play, Hill added, "They will see high intense running, vertical actions, and a team with collective efforts in all aspects of the match. We have strong leaders in the group, along with some key returners. We are confident in what we can achieve together and with some new additions we feel like we are posed for an entertaining fall."

Hill's Notable Players to Watch
- #18 Victor Chavez - Our redshirt senior captain is back healthy, and he is going to give our attack a real lift when called upon.
- #9 Nicklaus Sullivan – Sullivan is one of the best 1v1 players in the conference, and maybe country. He will be exciting to watch this season.
- #1 Aiden Hanes - Arguably the best goalkeeper in the CCAA, Hanes has a skillset that can help our team on both sides of the ball.
- #11 Brian Castillo – A very consistent and now healthy attacker, Castillo is posed for a breakout season and his contributions to the team will not go unnoticed.
- #5 Reese Kilpin - We lost some fantastic defenders last fall, but are lucky to find some strong replacements – the biggest possibly being Reese. With personality and experience, he has been a great addition to our group.Â
