SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. – After a few cancelations and a return to limited spectators, the Yotes were ready to hit the floor in Coussoulis Arena against the Cal State Monterey Bay Otters. The Otters did there best to keep up, but CSUSB took the win substantially with a score of, 83-60.
 
Top scorers for the Yotes Eddie Davis and Darius Mickens who both collected 17 points on the game. Davis collected seven rebounds and shot an impressive .88 percent in field goals. Mickens also grabbed four rebounds, and one block. He shot .75 percent from the field and went five for five on the free throw line.


 
Leading CSUSB in assists was Darius Lubom who found his teammates for six assists. Lubom also added 10 points to the scoreboard while collected nine rebounds and two steals. Making the most of his time on the floor was Daytone Jennings who scored 15 points within his 19 minutes of playing time. He also gathered six rebounds and one steal.
 
With the Yotes offensive spreading the floor, Cal State Monterey Bay could not close the gap. CSUSB took the win decisively, 83-60.
 
This win is the fifth straight victory for the Yotes taking their overall record this season to 11-1 and their CCAA conference record to 5-1. Before today's game, CSUSB stood in fourth place in the CCAA under Cal State Monterey Bay. It looks like the Yotes will continue to climb in both the CCAA rankings and National Rankings.
