LOS ANGELES – The CSUSB Coyotes fell 63-73 on Thursday night at Cal State LA.
 
The Yotes (3-19, 3-16 CCAA) fought back and outscored the Golden Eagles (10-15, 8-11 CCAA) in both the third and fourth quarters. 
 
Kayla Bibb and Tehya Burroughs each scored 15 points and Ashlynn Sharp added 13.  Tatianna Russell grabbed 10 boards and Nina Wallace dished six assists.  The Yotes trailed big at half, but were able to get the lead down to two, 57-59, at the 5:09 mark in the fourth quarter on a jumper from Burroughs. 
 
LA fended off the charge, and made up the difference with 10 more made foul shots.  The Yotes travel to CSU Dominguez Hills on Saturday for a 5:30 pm game.  Live links are on CSUSBathletics.com.
