LA JOLLA (April 20, 2018) — There is not much to say after a 19-0 Coyotes' loss to UC San Diego on Friday night.

Alec Ceniceros gave CSUSB  (11-29, 11-23 CCAA) just its second hit of the night, a single with two outs in the ninth. Gabe Chavez accounted for the other Coyotes' hit.

Coyotes' RHP Blake Timm took the loss in three innings. He gave up seven hits, eight runs (all earned) and struck out one. UCSD starter Preston Mott was the winner with eight strikeouts in seven innings.

UCSD is 26-13, 22-12.
