Tyler Robles each homered for the Coyotes, who lost their home opener 13-8 to No. 13 Azusa Pacific on Friday afternoon at Fiscalini Field.

Matthew Moriarty hard, scoring 10 runs — all earned — on 11 hits in three innings.

Gabe Chavez hit a two-run double in the fifth. He later scored on an error and CSUSB trailed 11-5 through five innings.
