SAN BERNARDINO (Nov. 21, 2017) — CSUSB made sure of its final game against Cal Baptist was a memorable one.
The Lancers, who are moving on to Division I next season, were no match for the Coyotes, a 58-50 victor in their home opener at Coussoulis Arena.

CSUSB, now 3-1, never trailed in its game against one of the perennially top programs in the West Coast. The Coyotes led by as many as 13 points in the first half, and used a few quick spurts in the final quarter for the win.

Coach Says
"Very happy to get the win at Coussoulis,'' head coach
Susan Crebbin said. "It's always a great atmosphere and the girls enjoyed it. I liked how we started the game; aggressive and composed. Sabrea was solid at point guard and our team defense allowed us to pull down big rebounds. A nice win and we look forward to Saturday when we face Humboldt State at home.''
