SAN BERNARDINO (Sept. 26, 2016) — A beautiful connection on a corner kick highlighted CSUSB's 1-1 draw against San Francisco State on Sunday on a wind-swept afternoon on the Coyote Premier Field.

Amanda Lopez and
Susan Ibarra connected on a corner kick in the 20
th minute. Ibarra propped herself inside and tight and delivered a header into the right corner for the goal.
It was Ibarra's second goal of the season.
Both teams could not answer with another goal with SFSU firing off 14 total shots with CSUSB eight. The wind, with gusts near 35 mph the entire game, wore out both squads.
The Gators scored early on a eye-popping play. Autumn Fox sent in a near-perfect cross and Kimber Lohman earned the goal.
Ibarra and
Megan Todd each had two shots on goal. Todd totaled three shots.
Senior GK
Megan Vina had six saves on the day with four in the second half.
The Coyotes (2-5-1, 1-2-1 CCAA) return to Coyote Premier Field on Wednesday against Cal Poly Pomona. Kickoff is 12:30 p.m.
