Box Score SAN BERNARDINO (April 3, 2016) -- A 15-hit attack wasn't enough for the Coyotes, who lost 13-8 to San Francisco State in the teams' Sunday afternoon series finale.
The Coyotes fell to 15-17, 10-10 CCAA and now prepare for their series this week at Cal State Monterey Bay that begins Saturday morning.
SFSU (15-13, 9-9) scored seven runs in the fourth inning that erased a 3-1 Coyotes' lead. The Gators added four runs in the sixth to win going away.
Jake Caron,
Jordan Simon and
Damion Edmonds all had three hits and two RBI to key the Coyotes.
Brian Conley took the loss in 3 1/3 innings. He dropped to 2-3 on the year and allowed six hits, five runs (all earned) and had one strikeout and two walks.
Bryce Brooks went 4-for-5 with three RBI and a home run for the Gators.
