CARSON (Nov. 14, 2015) -- No. 21 Cal State San Bernardino wrapped up its regular season Saturday night with a 3-0 win over Cal State Dominguez Hills in CCAA volleyball.

CSUSB (24-4, 17-3 CCAA) earned the second seed in the CCAA and will play the seventh-seed Thursday afternoon in the first round of the CCAA Tournament at UC San Diego.

Sophomore OH Lauren Nicholson led the Coyotes with 15 kills and added two aces, while Malika O'Brien added 12 kills and five block assists in the 25-15, 25-16, 25-22 victory over the Toros.

In fact, the Coyotes controlled the Toros from beginning to end, allowing just two lead changes with four ties for hte 91-minute match.

Nicholson brought home eight of her 15 kills in the first set as CSUSB hit .447 in the opener.

She added four kills and senior Ashley Solis led with five kills in the second, and O'Brien had six kills in the third.

Freshman setter Jayann DeHoog had 40 assists, and Abbey Vollkommer added a pair of service aces.

Senior Alexandra Torline and Solis each had seven kills.

CSUDH finished the regular season 10-18, 8-12.
