Box Score POMONA -- CSUSB had its four-game winning streak come to an end in its CCAA opener, losing 2-1 to No. 22 Cal Poly Pomona on Friday night.

The Coyotes (4-1, 0-1 CCAA) return to Coyote Premier Field on Sunday when they take on Cal State Dominguez Hills.

Juan Carlos Gonzalez gave the Coyotes a 1-0 lead when he scored on a penalty kick in the 52nd minute of play.

CPP answered back two minutes later from Christian Diaz Gonzalez, then went ahead on Daniel Garcia's goal in the 76th minute.

The Coyotes were out-shot, 17-6 and had only three SOGs on the night. They were held without a corner kick.
