Box Score SEASIDE (Sept. 13, 2014) -- No. 8 Cal State San Bernardino hit a season-high .436 while commiting just five attack errors in its 3-0 win over Cal State Monterey Bay in CCAA volleyball Saturday night.

Tori May had 11 kills without an error in the 25-10, 25-19, 25-21 victory.
CSUSB (5-1 overall, 2-0 CCAA) gained control of the match in the early going. Leading 11-8 in the first set, a kill from
Brenna McIntosh put forth an impressive 14-2 run that sealed the victory. Torline had six kills in the opener.
Then, CSUSB scored 19 of its 25 second-set points on kills with Torline hitting seven and McIntosh with five.
In the final set, CSUMB held a 19-16 lead, but it would be shortlived.
Ashley Solis earned a kill to earn a sideout and CSUSDB then outscored the Otters 9-2 down the stretch. CSUSB ran off seven straight points with Torline serving.

CSUSB returns to the Bay Area next week with matches against San Francisco State (Friday) and Sonoma State (Saturday).
