Box Score SAN BERNARDINO – Brian Lockey connected on a solo home run for the Coyotes, who were dealt an 11-4 loss to No. 8 Chico State in the teams' series finale on Saturday at Fiscalini Field.
 
Chico State connected on 17 hits with just one extra-base hit and took advantage of four Coyotes' errors – three in the fourth inning in which they scored five runs – all unearned.
 
William Ouellette had an RBI-single in the fourth inning and Nick Oddo earned an RBI on a ground-out in the sixth.
 
Lockey connected on his shot to left center to lead off the ninth inning.
 
Lockey, Ouellete and Kevin Meriwether all had two hits for CSUSB. Warren  Fishback had a double in the fifth.
 
CSUSB (12-30 overall and 10-22) is at Cal State Monterey Bay next week.
